We are excited to invite you to the 2012 RPC Men’s Retreat to be held on April 27th-28th at the Welsh’s farm. This retreat will offer plenty of fun activities, good food, and time to relax as we fellowship together. Some of the outdoor options (weather permitting) include flag football, soccer, ultimate Frisbee, corn toss, horse shoes, a bonfire, and hiking. We’ll also have plenty of board games, card games, and trivia games available if you’d like to relax inside. Our hope is that this time would be refreshing, relaxing, and fun as we strengthen and build new friendships.

When: We’ll start around 6pm on Friday and look to leave the farm around 8pm on Saturday.

Where: Welsh Farm (About 1.5 hours away). Car pooling will be organized after we get a final count.

Cost: $40 for overnighters and $30 for Saturday only. The Welshes have graciously allowed us to enjoy their farm at no cost so the cost will mainly cover the meals and snacks. Alcoholic beverages will not be provided but feel free to bring your own. Please don’t let cost stop you from attending so if this is too expensive, just let us know and we’ll be happy to work something out.

Capacity: The farm house can sleep a maximum of 20 guys so if you plan on staying overnight, register quickly as these spots will go fast! If these spots fill up and you still want to stay overnight, there is plenty of space to camp near the farm house. Total registration will be capped at 40 guys.
