Our Sunday School meets from 9:15-10:15 a.m. before Worship at 10:30 a.m.
The children's Sunday School time is a time devoted to the study of God's word with a two-fold purpose. Students will grow in their knowledge of who God is and what His plan for His people is. They will also grow in their readiness to live out their faith in God's world. We use the Show Me Jesus Curriculum published by Great Commission Publications. As they progress through the curriculum, students will study from Genesis to Revelation. Scripture memory work and catechism are woven into the studies.
In this curriculum...
A Toddler Learns the Vocabulary of Faith through Bible Stories.
A Preschooler Learns that God Keeps His Promises.
Preschool shows children that Jesus is the only answer. Through an exploration of the Bible from creation to the early church, preschoolers discover that God calls his people to himself through Christ and wants them to trust and follow him
An Elementary Student Learns to Trust, Obey and Worship God . . .
Younger Elementary continues adding to the basics, emphasizing Scripture memory and family interaction. Through stories from the entire Bible, children learn to trust and obey Christ.
Middle Elementary is designed for interactive learning. Students discover how to enjoy God forever by focusing on biblical themes of worship, grace in the law, missions and Christian service.
Older Elementary puts the pieces in order. Preteens connect the dots of God's redemptive history in chronological order through a survey of the books of the Bible.
